1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 to 6 medium potatoes, washed, pared, and thinly sliced
1 cup diced ham
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium onions, thinly slice
3 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
Grease a shallow 6 cup ovenproof casserole dish Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag, place potato slices in plastic bag and coat. Layer ½ of potatoes, ½ of ham, ½ of cheese and ½ of onion in the casserole, repeat. Cook can of soup and can of milk together, add butter. Pour enough over potatoes. ( depending on the amount of potatoes you have you may use less) Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 ½ hrs or until potatoes are tender. Cover and leave in oven for 10 minutes more. If you wish add more cheese 10 minutes before end of cooking.
