Servings: About 1 cup
¼ cup red wine or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
¾ cup olive oil
Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar or other container with a lid. Screw on the lid and shake the jar vigorously for a few seconds until the vinaigrette comes together. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
