Salad and Salad Dressing Recipes

Marinated Avocado-Orange Salad

2 avocadoes, peeled and sliced
2 oranges, peeled, sectioned, and orange flesh removed from skins
1 red onion, sliced very thin
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
3 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar

Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours before serving.
