Stuffed Avocado Salad

8 ounce baby shrimp or minced shrimp
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon mayo (or light mayo)
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon dill
1 avocado, divided in half and seed removed

Combine first 5 ingredients and stuff into cavity of avocado.
