4 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons salad oil
½ lemon, juiced
Sprinkle tomatoes with salt to season. Add basil to salad oil. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Chill at least 1 hour.
Squeeze lemon juice over top just before serving. Serve on large plate.
