Pear Roquefort Spinach Salad With Glazed Pecans

Servings: 6

10 cups baby spinach leaves
4 pears, cored and chopped
3 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
½ cup thinly sliced green onions
½ cup glazed pecans
½ cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette

In a large serving bowl, layer spinach, pears, blue cheese, avocado and green onions. Sprinkle pecans over the top; drizzle with dressing.
