This recipe was published in the 60's in the Chicago area. This is my version of this great house dressing.
4 garlic cloves
2 ¼ cups extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ cups red wine vinegar
¾ cup Cabernet Sauvigon
½ tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon oregano
¼ cup sugar
Crush and dice garlic, mix all ingredents.
Best if you let set overnight before using.
