Servings: 3 ½ cups
1 firm-ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 Cup fresh pineapple, diced
1 Cup honeydew, diced
½ Cup red bell pepper, diced
⅓ Cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
½ Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a bowl, mix mango, pineapple, honeydew, bell pepper, vinegar, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
