Tropical Salsa

3 large grapefruit
2 medium oranges
1 medium mango, diced
1 sm red onion, peeled and diced
1 sm red pepper, julienned
1 yellow pepper, julienned
1 large chile pepper, julienned
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
¼ teaspoon salt
1 t olive oil

Peel and segment grapefruit and oranges. Also squeeze the juice. Combine cut grapefruit, oranges, mango, red onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and oil. Toss carefully.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve over fish, chicken or pork.
