2 slices (¾ inch) fresh pineapple
2 anaheim chiles
1 jalapeño chile
2 (½ inch) slices white onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
In a bowl, toss pineapple, chiles, and onion slices in the oil. Grill until soft and browned, about 10 minutes. Pull tops off chiles and purée all ingredients in a food processor or blender/
