¾ cup orange segments
¾ cup avocado, peeled seeded and cut in ½ in cubes
juice of 2 limes
¼ cup finely diced red onion
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and toss gently. Serve with chips, or as a side for fish or chicken.
