Servings: 1 1/4 cups
1 cup peeled and chopped peaches
¼ cup chopped red onions
¼ cup chopped yellow or green pepper
1 tablespoon. lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoon. snipped fresh cilantro, parsley, or Basil
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash ground red pepper.
In a medium bowl, stir everything together. Cover and chill for up to 6 hours.
