Internationally Famous Gringo Salsa

Recipe from: Steve

I am a chevy salesman and give a jar of this to all my customers and it keeps them comming back for more! I have customers who come from Mexico City once a year to buy 10 cases of the hotter "personal reserve" version.

10 pounds fresh roma tomatos
2 pounds chipotles
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 pound yellow to light orange habaneros
2 large sweet onions
10 cloves garlic
2 pounds fresh serrano peppers
1 cup lemmon juice

Grind chpotles and mix with coarse chopped tomatos, onions and cilantro. Cook over low heat about 45 minutes. Meanwhile chop and combine remaining items with the lemmon juice and add to pot. Cook 30 more minutes and serve fresh or can for storage. This is the medium version!
