2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
¼ cup of chopped red pepper
1 green onion chopped
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of cilantro or basil or something like that
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
dash of ground red pepper
Combine everything in a serving bowl and toss. Refrigerate for a while covered.
