Tim's F N' Salsa

1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 large red onion, diced
2 medium pickled jalpenos
2 cloves pickled garlic
2 Tbls fresh chipped cilantro
1 teaspoon groung oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 Tbls olive oil
2 Tbls vinegar

Slice peppers in half and remove the seeds. Chop into small pieces. Chop garlic. Combine all the stuff in a bowl with a cover and chill.

Best served w/chips and beer and a great guy movie like Die Hard.
