I use this on grilled pork.
3 Kiwi fruit, peeled
1 pear, firm, peeled and cored
1 to 3 jalapeños, cleaned and seeds removed
1 orange zest and juice
1 lime zest and juice
1 lemon zest and juice
sugar, to taste
white wine vinegar, to taste
salt, to taste
Zest orange, lime and lemon. Squeeze juice from orange, lime and lemon. Combine all ingredients in blender and purée well. Chill.
