3 bosc pears, peeled,cored,chopped
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup mint
1 jalapeño chile, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine ingredients season with salt and pepper, refrigerate.
