Rosy Fruit Salsa

1 cup Ripe cantaloupe, ¼-inch dice
1 cup Ripe watermelon, ¼-inch dice
1 cup Peeled cucumber, ¼-inch dice
4 Ripe plum tomatoes, seeded, ¼-inch dice
⅓ cup Red onion(s), finely chopped
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon jalapeño chile, seeded and minced

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
