Here is my recipe for salsa. I don't usually measure anything, so I am approximating measurements for you. I just throw it all in the food processor or blender.
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 to 3 unseeded jalapeños, depending on how hot you like it
½ seeded bell pepper
cilantro, ¼ - ½ bunch
1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 to 4 cumin seeds
1 can diced tomatoes (I'm sure fresh tomatoes would work just fine)
Process the carrot until fine. Add remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and process. Add tomatoes and process for a few seconds, so that tomatoes remain chunky.
