Clay's Kitchen : Salsa Recipes1 pound Plum Tomatoes
1 medium Onion
1 jalapeño Pepper
¼ cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
½ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Skin, core and chop tomatoes. Peel and chop onion. Seed and chop jalapeño. Combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, yogurt, cilantro, salt and pepper in food processor. Process by pulsing until just coarsely chopped. Chill.
