Corn and Zucchini Salsa

Recipe from: Travis and Jenn Bartimus

Wonderful with grilled chicken, fish, or ribs.

2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped, seeded red bell pepper
⅓ cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried

Combine vinegar,oil, cumin and garlic; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
