This recipe goes with The Guadalajara.
2 cups chopped seeded tomato
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
⅓ cup chopped peeled avocado
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons tequila
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing gently.
