Black Bean Salsa

Recipe from: Travis and Jenn Bartimus
Servings: 3 Cups

1 15 ounce can Best Choice black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup finely chopped tomato
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño pepper
⅓ cup Best Choice red wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently. Cover and chill.

Serve with tortilla chips.
