Good with anything.
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 serrano or jalapeños, seeded and chopped
⅓ cup green onions,sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or 2 teaspoons dried
2 tablespoons lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until cold.
