Peach Salsa

This came from Good Housekeeping.

8 ripe peaches, coarsely chopped (about 3 pounds)
1 small red pepper, cut into ¼ inch dice
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup peach jam or apricot jam
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

In large bowl, toss ingredients until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve or up to two days.
