1 ½ cups plum tomatoes, chopped
1 cup avocado, peeled and chopped
¾ cup sweet red pepper, chopped
¼ cup Red onion, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Serve.
