Salsamole

Recipe from: Chef #891454
Servings: 1

This is a recipe I made. Basically it is the way I like to make my guacamole, but it is more like salsa and guacamole mixed together, so I call it salsamole. It is delicious with tortilla chips/corn chips, on burritos, tacos, etc. Awsome on a Shrimp fajita.

1 avocado
1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1 small garlic clove, minced
½ lime, juice of
approximately 1 tablespoon minced onion
2 pinches cumin
1 pinch salt
cracked black pepper

Take garlic and salt and smash into a paste with side of knife on chopping block. put in bowl. Cut avocado, remove seed, scoop out into bowl. Add lime juice, cumin, and pepper. Smash with fork to consistency you like. Stir in tomato and jalp. You can enjoy immediately—I usually do—or cover tightly and let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
