Serve with grilled poultry, pork and seafood.
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 papaya, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 jalapeño chile, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
