Salsa from Hell

Servings: 8 cups

3 14 ounce cans tomatoes, chopped or 3 pounds chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup white vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
6 habanero chilies, dried and ground
6 cayenne chilies, dried and ground
6 jalapeño chilies, dried and ground
salt to taste

Warning: Beware of chile dust!

Place all ingredients in saucepan and simmer one hour. Remove from heat and chill.
