Avocado Corn Salsa

Servings: 4 cups

1 ½ cups corn
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 avocados, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ cup finely diced red onion
½ habanero pepper, seeded and diced
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
