French Dip Sandwich

Thinly sliced roast beef (or leftover sliced steak is good too)
Hero or wedge
Mozzarella cheese (or any kind you like that melts nicely)
Fried Onions (optional)
garlic Butter
Knorr's Au Jus mix

Cover half of a roll with sliced cheese and the other half with garlic butter. Put under the broiler until the cheese soft. Top with roast beef and onions. The most important part of this recipe is the dipping sauce. We've tried them all and will only use Knorr's Au Jus. I could drink it with a straw.
