Sauce Bavaroise (Bavarian Sauce)

Servings: 4

Goes well with fish such as mackeral and trout, but also goes well with cold roast beef and beef tongue.

2 cups Hollandaise Sauce
3 tablespoons grated horseradish

Prepare hollandaise sauce and add the horseradish just before dinner.
