Dim Sum Dipping Sauce

Recipe from: Galley Wench
Servings: ½ cup

1 tablespoon sambal oelek (Indonesian hot sauce, adjust to taste)
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil

Mix ingredients in a small jar and shake.
