Tonkatsu Sauce (Japanese-style Barbecue Sauce)

Servings: About ½ cup

⅓ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, mustard, and garlic powder. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
