Caper Sauce

Servings: 12

Serve with roast beef.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish
¼ cup capers
1 tablespoon white vinegar
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
