Servings: 1/3 cup
Use to drizzle on vegetable nachos, popcorn shrimp, roast beef, pork or chicken.
¼ cup good quality mayonnaise
1 tablespoon plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce or other red chili sauce
⅛ teaspoon ground red chili, such as New Mexico or California chili
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, adding more ground chili or hot sauce as desired. The sauce will last four days covered and refrigerated.
