Sauce Albert (Horseradish Sauce)

Albert sauce is a sauce used principally in British cuisine to enhance the flavour of braised beef.

1 cup béchamel sauce
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar

Add horseradish, whipping cream, and tablespoon sugar to béchamel sauce.
