French Garlic Sausage

3 pound medium ground pork butt
3 teaspoon sugar
2 pound medium ground beef chuck
2 teaspoon white pepper
1 ½ tablespoon salt
10 cloves pressed garlic
4 tablespoon liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. Bake or fry.
