5 pound coarse ground pork butt
3 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 large ghopped onions
1 tablespoon plack pepper
2 tablespoon pressed garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups water
3 tablespoon dill seeds
Combine all, mix well and stuff in hog casing. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
