5 pounds ground pork
1 large onion, minced
1 cup beef stock, cold
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Fine grind the pork. Combine all ingredients and stuff into casings.
