9 pounds ground pork
3 pounds ground shrimp
1 ½ pounds whole shrimp
⅓ cup green onions, finely sliced
1 cup pimento, finely chopped
2 tbsps Old Bay seasoning
2 ½ tbsps granulated garlic
3 tbsps salt
2 tbsps black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried basil
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Blend well. Using commercial hog casing, available at your local butcher shop, stuff ingredients into 6 inch links approximately 4 ounces each.
