3 pounds ground lamb
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon basil leaves, minced fine
¼ cup pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon tarragon
hog casings for stuffing
Mix together all ingredients and stuff into casings. Twist into 5 inch lengths.
