1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients and spoon into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
Serve with assorted crackers or toast triangles.
