One of my favorite ways to enjoy fresh asparagus. This is a simple preparation that can be used everyday, but also impresses guests.
1 bunch fresh asparagus spear, about 1 pound
1½ teaspoons olive oil
½ lemon, juice of
fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with cheese. bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
