Servings: 2
6 to 8 jumbo shrimp
2 ounces butter or margarine
½ cup onions, diced
½ cup bell pepper, diced
⅛ cup paprika
1 teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon sweet basil
1 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoons Michaul's Seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup white wine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup scallions, chopped
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Put butter or margarine in heated sauté pan add onions, bell pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic, basil, oregano, Michaul's Seasoning, sugar, white wine, lemon juice and Lea & Perrins to make the sauce add jumbo shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink, then add chopped scallions.
