¼ cup butter
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ lemon, sliced with peel
8 cloves garlic
1 fresh anaheim chile, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 pound shrimp, large
Mix sauce ingredients and place in a Ziploc bag; add shrimp and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400°F until just done, 10 to 15 minutes. If too thick, add broth or wine to dilute.
