Servings: 1 generous tablespoon
1 tablespoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dry mint, crushed
1 medium garlic clove — about 1/10 ounce, 3 grams, peeled, crushed to a paste
Mix all the ingredients together. Use as needed.
