Servings: about 4 ounces
Rub on to pork chops up to 4 hours in advance of grilling and chicken wings up to 8 hours in advance. Use 2 tablespoons per 4 servings.
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon dried chives
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine onion powder, chives, thyme, allspice, salt, sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.
