This is twice as strong as the store bought mixes, and a fraction of the cost! I multiply this recipe by 3 or 4 and keep this on hand in a little Tupperware container to use as needed.
6 teaspoon chili powder
4 ½ teaspoon cumin
5 teaspoon paprika
3 teaspoon onion powder
2 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
