Servings: about 3 tablespoons
Unlike the other recipes here, this one uses olive oil and fresh herbs—it should be used immediately and not stored. It is excellent on red meat or game.
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 allspice berries, crushed
½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Use immediately. To use, spread on whatever you wish to grill, and allow to marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
